Identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities. Understand the real dynamics of your organization and market. PHASE 3 (Days 61-90): DEVELOP VISION & STRATEGY Create your strategic framework. Develop your vision, priorities, and approach based on solid understanding, not assumptions. PHASE 4 (Days 91-100): PRESENT & LAUNCH Write and present your clear action plan for the first year, including key KPIs for the next three years. Launch your leadership with confidence and credibility. Throughout all phases, you'll have walking coaching sessions, email support, and strategic guidance to navigate this critical transition period.
